Largest-ever HP Notebook introduction
On June 10th, HP announced the most innovative notebook roll-out in its history. The new notebooks have stylish designs, energy-efficient features and new software features that enrich the mobile user experience. The HP Business Notebook PC line offers three new series, each with its own distinct design.
The new HP EliteBook Notebook PCs (p-series) is built for the road warrior, and features sleek and durable HP DuraCase—magnesium chassis, anodized aluminum surfaces, metal alloy hinges and reinforced 4-point latch which meets business-rugged status.
The newly redesigned b-series is distinguished by its silver finish and magnesium alloy support structure.
The standard s-series features a satin, reflective, black-on-black finish to modernize the classic business notebook.
Exciting new HP Professional Innovations, a suite of hardware and software features, are incorporated into every HP Business Notebook.
The new notebooks will be available on various dates between July 1 and August 4. Plan on ordering your demo notebooks soon, as you will want to wow your customers with these new products!

Disk Retention Service, also known as Defective Media Retention, is an HP Care Pack offering and shares the same sales benefits as any other HP Care Pack. These services are targeted for your customers who: are very sensitive when it comes to data security; have liability concerns about HIPPA, Sarbanes-Oxley and Gramm Leach Bliley Acts; may not want to send malfunctioning drives away (may not even understand that confidential data can still be extracted); and may already be keeping malfunctioning drives onsite (data security issues) and simply buying replacement drives.
